We only accept return requests for goods purchased on our website. For returns of products purchased from another retailer, please contact the original store of purchase.
To return a product please email us at info@americantourister.com.sa , call / whatsapp us at +966 549700872. We will strive to contact you within 2 business days with a Return Authorization and further instructions on how to return your goods.
7 days Return Policy
Changed your mind? It’s perfectly fine. Purchased products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. (Products must be sealed, unused and in a perfectly saleable condition with all accessories)
Free and Easy returns
We’ll take care of the returns process until we process your full refund. If you have paid by bank cards the bank charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund:
For products that you return to us, you can either get a credit (which you can use to buy products later) or a credit / debit card refund based on the mode of payment earlier in your order. This process of refund can take up to 10 business days.
